Community Guidelines

1. Introduction and Purpose

The Flow 108 community forum (the "Forum") is a moderated, closed peer community accessible only to registered users of the Platform. These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") set out the standards of conduct that apply to all participation in the Forum.

These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and form part of the binding agreement between you and Healthcentive Private Limited. They must be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Forum, you agree to comply with these Guidelines at all times. Violation of these Guidelines may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

2. Who Can Participate

The Forum is open to women aged 18 years and above who are registered users of the Platform. The Forum is not open to men, individuals under 18, or unregistered persons.

By participating in the Forum, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a woman aged 18 years or above;
2. You are participating for personal, non-commercial purposes;
3. You are not acting on behalf of a commercial entity, healthcare provider, or any organisation for promotional purposes; and
4. The information you share about yourself is accurate.

The Company reserves the right to revoke Forum access from any user at any time, in its sole discretion.

3. About the Forum

The Forum is designed to be a warm, informed, and judgment-free community for women on their health and fertility journeys. We encourage genuine sharing, mutual support, and respectful exchange of personal experiences.

The following are the purposes for which the Forum is provided:

• Sharing your personal journey, including experiences with PCOS, fertility treatments such as IUI or IVF, hormonal imbalances, and related health challenges;
• Asking questions and seeking peer support;
• Celebrating milestones and personal victories;
• Sharing general wellness information and personal tips;
• Offering encouragement and emotional support to other members; and
• Posting progress updates, including pregnancy test images where you choose to share them.

The Forum is a peer community space and is not a clinical service. Posts by other members are personal opinions and experiences, not medical advice. Participation in company-initiated engagement prompts or discussion threads is entirely voluntary.

4. Anonymity and Your Identity on the Forum

You are not required to use your real name on the Forum. You may use any display name you choose, subject to the following:

1. Your display name must not be the real name or business name of another identifiable person or organisation;
2. Your display name and profile must not include personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles;
3. You must not impersonate any other person, whether a Platform user, public figure, healthcare professional, or any other individual;
4. The Company maintains internal records linking your display name to your registered account for safety, moderation, and legal compliance purposes; and
5. Upon deletion of your account, your Forum posts will be retained but your display name will be replaced with "Deleted User".

5. Health Information

What You Are Encouraged to Share

• Your personal experiences with fertility challenges, hormonal health, and related conditions;
• What has or has not worked for you in terms of lifestyle, diet, or wellness practices — framed clearly as your personal experience;
• Symptoms you have experienced, such as those associated with PCOS or hormonal imbalances;
• Your emotional and psychological experience of your health journey; and
• Results you have personally experienced from following programs or recommendations on the Platform.

What You Are NOT Permitted to Share

• Advice to other members to take or stop taking any prescription medication;
• Diagnostic opinions or suggestions about what condition another member may have; and
• Tailored treatment recommendations or remedies directed at specific members.

Mental health and crisis situations. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline immediately. If you see a post that indicates another member may be in distress or at risk of harm, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by writing to grievance@flow108.in.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on the Forum:

1. Medical and Clinical Advice

Advising other members on specific medical treatments, medications, dosages, diagnoses, or clinical procedures. Sharing personal experiences is permitted; directing others to follow specific medical actions is not.

2. Harassment, Bullying, and Disrespectful Conduct

• Personal attacks, insults, or targeted abuse directed at any member;
• Persistent unwanted contact or messaging directed at another member;
• Mocking, shaming, or belittling members for their health choices, fertility outcomes, appearance, or personal circumstances; and
• Any conduct intended to intimidate, silence, or distress another member.

3. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic; and
• Slurs, derogatory language, or stereotyping based on any such characteristic.

4. Spam, Promotion, and Commercial Activity

• Unsolicited promotional content, advertisements, or affiliate links;
• Promotion of competing products, services, or platforms;
• Soliciting other members for commercial purposes, sales, or multi-level marketing; and
• Repetitive, off-topic, or meaningless posts.

5. Misinformation and Unverified Health Claims

• Sharing health information that is factually inaccurate, misleading, or not supported by credible evidence;
• Claiming that a particular remedy, supplement, or practice cures a condition without credible scientific support; and
• Sharing information in a way that could discourage a member from seeking qualified medical care.

6. Privacy Violations

• Sharing personal information about another member, including their real name, contact details, location, or health information, without their consent;
• Screenshots or reproduction of another member's Forum posts outside the Platform without their consent; and
• Attempting to identify the real-world identity of an anonymous member.

7. Sexual, Violent, or Disturbing Content

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content;
• Graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disturb; and
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or trivialises self-harm, eating disorders, or other harmful behaviours.

8. Impersonation and Fraudulent Conduct

• Impersonating another Platform member, public figure, healthcare professional, or Company employee;
• Creating false impressions about your identity, qualifications, or affiliations; and
• Fraudulent claims, including false testimonials or fabricated health outcomes.

9. Legal Violations

• Posting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted text, images, or videos without permission;
• Defamatory statements about any individual or organisation; and
• Content that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, or any other applicable law.

10. Content Relating to Minors

• Any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or is otherwise harmful to children or minors; and
• Sharing images or personal information about minors without the express consent of their parent or guardian.

7. Engaging with Expert Contributors

Expert contributors may participate in the Forum or host live sessions on the Platform. When engaging with expert contributors:

1. Questions directed to expert contributors must be general and informational in nature. Do not seek personalised medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical recommendations through the Forum.
2. Responses from expert contributors are informational and educational only and do not constitute medical advice or create a doctor-patient relationship.
3. You must engage with expert contributors respectfully. Personal attacks or harassment of expert contributors is prohibited.
4. If you believe an expert contributor has misrepresented their credentials or provided dangerous advice, please report this to grievance@flow108.in immediately.

8. Images and Uploaded Content

1. Permitted images. You may upload progress photos, pregnancy test result images, and other images relevant to your personal wellness journey, provided they comply with these Guidelines.
2. Prohibited images. You must not upload sexually explicit images, graphic or disturbing images, images depicting violence, or images that violate any applicable law.
3. Clinical documents. Uploading clinical reports, prescriptions, or identifiable medical documents is strongly discouraged. If you do share such content, you do so entirely at your own risk.
4. Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content of any image you upload. By uploading an image, you represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share it.
5. Use in marketing. Anonymised content may be referenced in aggregated or illustrative contexts. Where content is identifiable to you, the Company will seek your written consent before using it in marketing or promotional materials.
6. Moderation. The Company reserves the right to remove any uploaded image that violates these Guidelines or applicable law, without prior notice.

9. Content Moderation

Pre-Posting Notice

Before you post in the Forum for the first time, you will be shown a brief notice reminding you that the Forum is a peer community, not a clinical service, and that you are responsible for the content you post. By proceeding to post, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Guidelines.

Reporting Content

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature to report it. All reports are confidential. We will endeavour to review reports within 24 hours. Reports relating to potential safety risks or distress situations should be sent directly to grievance@flow108.in for urgent attention.

Moderation Decisions

Upon reviewing reported or flagged content, the Company may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Remove the content;
2. Request that the member edit or clarify the content;
3. Issue a warning to the member;
4. Temporarily suspend the member's Forum access;
5. Permanently ban the member from the Forum; or
6. Terminate the member's account.

No Guarantee of Monitoring

The Company does not guarantee that all content on the Forum will be reviewed or that violations will be detected and removed in all cases. Users play an important role in maintaining the quality and safety of the Forum community by reporting content that violates these Guidelines.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by writing to grievance@flow108.in with the subject line "Forum Moderation Appeal" and a description of the decision you are appealing and your reasons. We will endeavour to respond to appeals within 30 days. The Company's decision on appeal is final.

10. Enforcement of These Guidelines

The Company reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of these Guidelines:

• Content removal — removing any post, image, or other content that violates these Guidelines;
• Warning — issuing a written warning to the member;
• Temporary suspension — temporarily suspending Forum access; or
• Permanent ban or account termination — permanently removing Forum access or terminating the member's account.

Enforcement is severity-based. Single or minor violations may result in a warning; repeated or serious violations may result in immediate permanent action. Where a violation poses an immediate risk to the safety or privacy of any member, the Company may take immediate action without prior warning.

All moderation decisions are made in good faith and at the Company's sole discretion.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality in the Forum

1. Posts you make on the Forum are visible to all registered members of the Platform community. Do not assume that your posts are private.
2. Do not share identifiable personal information about other community members in your posts, even if that information was shared with you in confidence.
3. Avoid sharing more of your own sensitive personal or health information than you are comfortable having visible to all registered members.
4. The Company may use anonymised, aggregated Forum content for internal analytics, product improvement, and, with appropriate consent, for marketing purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Upon account deletion, your posts are retained but attributed to "Deleted User". If you wish specific posts to be deleted, contact us before deleting your account.
6. Do not reproduce, copy, screenshot, or distribute Forum content outside the Platform without the express consent of the original poster.

12. Your Responsibility for Your Posts

By posting on the Forum, you represent and warrant that:

1. The content is your own and you have all necessary rights to post it;
2. The content complies with these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy;
3. The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
4. You are not posting on behalf of a commercial entity, competitor, or any organisation for promotional purposes; and
5. Any health information you share is based on your own personal experience and is not intended as advice to other members.

13. No Liability for User-Generated Content

The Company does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content posted by users on the Forum. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the member who posted it. You access and rely on Forum content entirely at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your reliance on content posted by other members.

14. Intellectual Property in the Forum

You retain ownership of content you post on the Forum. By posting, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Platform, and, with your consent where required, for promotional purposes.

You must not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted text, images, or other material posted without permission.

All other content on the Platform, including the Forum interface, design, and company-created content, is the exclusive property of Healthcentive Private Limited and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

15. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice by posting the updated Guidelines on the Platform and, where appropriate, by notifying you via the Platform or by email. Your continued participation in the Forum after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Guidelines. Minor clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately without prior notice.
